How can light and feeling light help you? (Tip of the week Episode 37)

And another #thursday comes with another #tipoftheweek episode! Can you believe we’re already in Spring?
And because in WILDFIT® Spring we tend to feel lighter, I thought it would be great to talk about light in both a Feng Shui way and in a WILDFIT® way.
Of course when I talk about light in Feng Shui, it's related to the use of light at home. The different types of light and Yin and Yang energy, as well as why you should avoid having poorly lit areas.
And when I talk about feeling light in your body, I'm actually speaking about when we are light in our bodies. How many times did you finish eating and you had this 'heavy feeling' from either eating too much or eating the wrong thing? That's right, I bet you did. What do you think would happen if it was the other way around? If you would finish eating feeling that you're no longer hungry but you're light...
So how do these 2 things relate? The word 'light' can mean 2 different things - 'bright' and 'not heavy' - but you can have a better energy by mastering both how you use light in your space and ways to feel lighter in your body!
