So Spring is in full swing by now, and so many of us are starting to have the so called "Spring fever", cleaning everything (or trying to), changing wardrobes, etc... It is a lot of work doing all of this at once, but those who do, notice their energy growing.
In the opposite spectrum, I also find people saying they have no energy to start cleaning, and so their homes have become more and more disorganized and they don't even feel like starting to rearrange it - and the more chaos you'll have around you, the less energy you'll have and so, it becomes a cycle very hard to break free from.
So in which side do you find yourself falling mostly into? If it's the first, congratulations! But I know many people who will keep pushing that Spring cleaning because they feel it's just too much to handle. And the more they delay it, chances are, that they will never get to it. So what can you do to avoid falling into this cycle?
