It seems like the time couldn't be more appropriate to keep exploring last week's theme - peace...As at the time of recording this episode of the #tipoftheweek a war has just started... And I know that if there's one thing our generations weren't expecting to see was a war in our civilization, during our time on Earth.
The fact is that most of us have evolved and it seems something totally absurd, but unfortunately there are still people on the planet who are not as evolved as we all think we are, as a species.
Now, without wanting to get political here, I would say a war is always a sad event and one that can trigger a lot of uncertainty and fear, so I wanted to provide some tools / suggestions on how you can take care of yourself right now - inside your body, and your home.
The fact is that you cannot control what's going on outside but you can control how you react to it and how you take care of yourself. And that's what this week's episode is about.
So the first thing I talk about, is how you should avoid consume too much of media news around this conflict.
By consuming too much news right now, you will start going on a spiral of fear that will lead into more media consumption to know more and to feed more of that fear (and in the end isn't that what the media wants?) - so while it's good to know about what's going on, I've always said that "bad news travel fast", and if you're not on the site where this is taking place, try to distance yourself a bit from it.
If you can send some solidarity where it's needed, it's great but if we all fall into a frequency of fear and hate, we will be generating more of that, and what we want is to attract the exact opposite - a frequency of love... Remember this "Peace begins with me"...
Then I moved on to give you some tips on how you can take better care of yourself from the start of your day - inside your body (and mind) and inside your home.
Dive in with me and find out what I mean when I talk about:
- How you should be creating a ritual of meditation in the morning before you start your day
- How coffee might be affecting your mood, and what to drink instead
- How we tend to look for comfort on sweets and why that's the worse you can do
- How you are affected by the energy surrounding you and how to remove heavy energy from your home.

And as one of the things I spoke about is how coffee might actually be making you grumpy, and how you could start a new ritual for your day, by introducing another habit or even a more functional drink, I am giving you 5 creamy and delicious coffee alternative recipes, for you to start those rituals, for real!... And easily! So go ahead and download them here
See you next week!
