What to do when you feel hungry, to avoid "poor food" choices? #Tipoftheweek Episode 27

This week I wanted to go back to one of the basic pieces of knowledge that I got from WILDFIT® and that is so useful to me, until today.


This concept of the different human hungers we have, goes back into the different reasons why we feel that we "need to eat". And as you will find out in my video this week, we don't always eat because we "need to"... In fact, if you consider these below, you'll notice that most of the time we eat because of many other reasons... In WILDFIT® we identified 6 Human hungers:


- Nutritional Hunger

- Thirst

- Variety

- Low Blood Sugar

- Emotional Hunger

- Empty Stomach Hunger


The 6 Human Hungers - a basic WILDFIT® principle

As I explain in this episode, when you are aware of each one of these and you stop to think which of these hungers you're feeling, before you dive into eating, it may help you make better food decisions... And that's why it's so important to be aware of it.
