On this Tip of The Week Episode, I wanted to bring into our awareness some of the culprits that can be in the origin of those brain fog days. I'm sure you heard of term but what exactly is 'brain fog'? According to WebMd "It’s a term used for certain symptoms that can affect your ability to think. You may feel confused or disorganized or find it hard to focus or put your thoughts into words."
So do you ever experience feeling like:
you have moments of energy dips throughout your day?
it’s hard to keep your focus and be productive in the afternoon
you feel sluggish / very slow doing things
If you do did, then you know that this is something in the way of making your days more productive and enjoying life more fully. What most people don't realize is that they are eating might be causing this!
