On this episode of the #tipoftheweek I wanted to bring a bit of mindset that we use with the way we approach food in WILDFIT, and to make you see how you can apply it in different areas of your life. I keep saying this - I learned so much about myself and conditioning I had while doing my WILDFIT 90 Day Challenge, that changed my perspective in so many areas of my life! That's why I say that this program transformed my life, in ways beyond what I could imagine.
